Enrollment in any course or program offered by G6 Academy is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable course fee.
Cancellation by Student
Students may request cancellation of their enrollment within 24 hours of completing the payment. In such cases, the student will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
Cancellation Before Course Commencement
If a cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours of payment but prior to the commencement of the course, G6 Academy reserves the right to deduct an applicable administrative or processing fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
No Refund After Course Start
Once the course, workshop, or training program has commenced, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
Mode of Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the official email or designated communication channel of G6 Academy. Requests made through informal channels may not be considered valid.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment, wherever possible.
Right to Modify Policy
G6 Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the official website.
